A second man has been arrested after money was stolen from a guard outside a branch of Barclays Bank in Machynlleth, Powys. The 26-year-old was arrested on suspicion of jointly committing robbery last Thursday, May 19, 2011. Dyfed-Powys Police thanked members of the local community for their help. Police said they are continuing to look for a third man in connection with the incident, who is described as white and in his 20s.
