Safety conscious security products integrate with fire roll call software
Two people have been arrested in connection with a tyre fire that raged on an industrial estate in Fforestfach. The duo – who are from nearby Swansea – have been released on police bail. The blaze, which started in the former Mettoy plant, cost an estimated £1.5 million to tackle. It burned for three weeks during the summer; and firefighters had to remove the walls of the building to access the blaze and the unit was eventually demolished.
Access Control Wales’s security products can be integrated with fire roll call software that will automatically generate a report in the event of a fire or other emergency. In such an evacuation situation, your immediate fire roll call reports are generated containing the crucial information concerning who is on site. Unlike most other systems, this function is executed directly from the clocking stations and does not rely on the controlling PC or computer infrastructure. The software is a must-have addition for any safety-conscious employer.
